Graduate Student Research Performance Evaluation Review

Graduate students will meet with their research advisor at least once per semester to discuss their academic progress.  Students engaged in research will likely need to meet with their advisors much more frequently and follow the instructions given by advisors.  At the end of each semester (Fall, Spring, or Summer), the advisor will complete the Graduate Student Research Performance Evaluation Review and submit it to the Graduate Program Assistant, and the graduate student should complete the form as a reflection exercise. The information provided in this review will be used to assign research grades and may be used to dismiss a student from the program, as stated in the Dismissal page of this website.
